You will discover four approaches to learning, Direct, Discussion, Simulation and Experiential and consider the real meanings of some of the great ID theorists of learning. Including Gagne, Kolb, Reigeluth and Keller, whilst comparing these with modern day ID theorists including Race, Willey and our very own Lasher. You will understand what is required to move a class based course online and the differences in the methods of learning style between the two.
